WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa & Mastercard Credit or Debit cards and all payments are collected on a secure server.
We accept payment by Triple R gift voucher. A voucher can be used over multiple orders until the voucher limit is reached. A voucher can only be used to purchase a Triple R Subscription over the phone or in person at the station during office hours.
We accept payment via bank deposit. Orders will be dispatched once the payment has cleared in our bank account. Payment instructions will be emailed upon order completion.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If your item is faulty, has arrived damaged, or there is an error with your order, please let us know by email or phone and we will arrange a replacement or refund. In this instance we will cover the cost of postage for both return & reposting.
Unworn clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit. In this instance the postage charge for both return and reposting will be at your cost.
All claims for exchange or return must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Gift Voucher sales are final and cannot be returned
