WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Visa & Mastercard Credit or Debit card - and all payments are collected on a secure server.
Triple R gift voucher - a voucher can be used over multiple orders until the voucher limit is reached. A voucher can only be used to purchase a Triple R Subscription over the phone or in person at the station during office hours.
Bank deposit - orders will be dispatched once the payment has cleared in our bank account. Payment instructions will be emailed upon order completion.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If your item is faulty, has arrived damaged, or there is an error with your order, please let us know by email or phone and we will arrange a replacement or refund. In this instance we will cover the cost of postage for both return & re-posting.
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our product range, items cannot be returned or exchanged if sizing is incorrect - please carefully check the sizing chart on each product page before placing your order.
All claims for exchange or return must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Gift Voucher sales are final and cannot be returned

All our products are digitally printed on-demand by DAS T-Shirt Automat in Melbourne. This means that once your order has been submitted, we will provide your contact details to DAS T-Shirt Automat to facilitate delivery. They will then print your t-shirt and post directly to you. Orders will usually be dispatched within a week, however during peak times please allow extra time (up to 2 weeks) for production.
